Hugo Possamaï was one of the very first pilots to join Green Pilot last winter. First officer on Boeing 777, he is about to become Captain on Boeing 737.
In this video, he explains us what made him join the community and his commitment to sustainable aviation.
If like Hugo, whether you are a pilot, an aviation professional or simply passionate, you feel concerned by climate change and want to act by making aviation more sustainable do not delay and join the Green Pilot community.
“I have been a pilot since I was 20 years old. I started with gliding, which allowed me to acquire the fundamentals of flying, and the feeling of freedom. I entered the Enac flying school in 2004. Three years later, I joined a major airline and flew for 10 years on Airbus A320 and 4 years on Boeing 777. Convinced by the importance of green procedures I joined the green pilot movement last year. On my spare time I make films to vulgarise aviation and to show what we are lucky to see from the sky. Travel is part of our DNA as human beings and I believe we can find a way for sustainable aviation”
